These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the services and products provided by The Salty Palm Creative Studio ("SPS," "we," "our," or "us") and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SPS. PRODUCT ORDERS

Placing an Order: By completing the online order form, you are offering to enter into a contract to purchase items from SPS. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer at our discretion. Your order will be accepted, and the contract will be formed, once we provide notice to you and receive full payment, including the product price and applicable delivery charges.

Payment Methods: All purchases can be made using a Paypal account or credit card through third-party merchant facilities. Please note that SPS has no control over any third-party payment gateway, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from their use. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions of the third-party merchant facilities.

Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). Any additional charges, fees, or taxes imposed by local government, port authorities, or third-party agencies are your responsibility and not the responsibility of SPS.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery Times: Any delivery times provided are estimates and are based on Business Days.

Production and Shipping: Our production times are estimated to be 4-21 Business Days. Please note that production time does not include shipping times. Delivery time typically ranges from 2-5 days, depending on the location and delivery carrier. Shipping costs will be determined at the checkout.

International Orders: We currently direct our sales and deliveries solely to residents in the United States. We do not guarantee the availability or appropriateness of our items for use outside the United States.

SPECIAL OFFERS

All specials, promotions, clearances, offers, and discounted items advertised on our website are available only while stocks last, unless otherwise stated.

CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

Please be aware that all products sold by SPS are custom made to order. Once purchased, your hat will be created specifically for you.

RETURNS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Defective Items: If you receive items with defects, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt of the items. Please provide your order information along with your notification and include clear photographs of the defect.
